MEET FRANCESCA & FRANCESCA
We are Francesca Madaro and Francesca Longo, two friends who share not only the same name and origins but also a passion for creating unique experiences. After years abroad, we returned to Puglia with a shared vision: to build something meaningful in our homeland.
We founded EFFE Studio to merge our expertise in architecture, marketing, and tourism, offering tailored consultancy for hospitality entrepreneurs and property owners. From concept development and selecting the perfect aesthetic to crafting business strategies, we help create villas, boutique hotels, or rental properties that truly stand out in both design and guest experience.
Alongside EFFE Studio, we launched Supper Segreta, an exclusive dining experience that brings strangers together around a shared table in extraordinary settings. From private venues to spaces rarely open to the public, Supper Segreta celebrates the joy of discovering exceptional food in curated, intimate environments.
With the Hospitality Edition of Supper Segreta, we combine our love for travel and aesthetics, inviting guests to explore distinctive accommodations while enjoying bespoke culinary experiences in handpicked spaces.

As our birthdays are close, we have made it a tradition to spend them abroad since we first met. Barcelona and Morocco have become among our favorite destinations as we celebrated there.
