MEET FRANCESCA & FRANCESCA
It’s Francesca Madaro and Francesca Longo and we are two friends who share the same name and origins. Before meeting, we both spent years abroad before deciding to return to our homeland in Puglia with the desire to create something new.
Since the moment we met, we quickly discovered we shared passions for travel and aesthetics and decided to merge our expertise in architecture, marketing, and tourism to create EFFE Studio.
With EFFE studio, we extend our consultancy services to entrepreneurs seeking to launch hospitality businesses, like villas for rent or boutique hotels, as well as property owners looking to restyle and relaunch their existing properties. From conceptualization to completion, we assist in selecting the right architect and style, creating an aesthetically pleasing environment, and defining the business development and communication strategy via social media and events.

As our birthdays are close, we have made it a tradition to spend them abroad since we first met. Barcelona and Morocco have become among our favorite destinations as we celebrated there.
